2nd stay. Bigger room. All the rooms have dishes & utensils. Ice cold a/c. Liz at the front desk was very helpful in answering all my questions. Very good location to many many places and things!

Thr staff has definitely been needing an attitude adjustment. I checked in with my service dog and the gentleman asked if I could get him drugs. Then kept my deposit because of my dog. Never would I stay there again.

This is an inexpensive hotel in a very nice city. Close to everything. A/C works well. The management seems to be turning this place around in a positive direction. Guests are well mannered and this is high season.is the furniture a little dated ? Yes. For this price expect dated furniture. I'm here almost to the end of Feb2025 . May be back again next month. Wifi is intermittent, remember the price of the hotel. Go down to Starbucks chat all day on their wifi. Parking lot is clean, towels are clean. For the price, you will not get better.

Great community like atmosphere with your hotel ambiance. Even though there's no restaurants connected, the walk to food of diversity of pretty much anything is literally like I said just a walk away. 1. Asia Food : Across the way literally in the plaza and there's a Golf Store there too by the way. Another By the way, its Thai food and who doesn't or hasn't tried it yet....well yummy awesomeness 😋 👌🏽 Next > 2. Dollar General : Take a first left out onto the side-walk you'll walk right to it. Literally 5min to maybe 10min walk 🚶‍♂️ 🤔 😂 🙄 🤣 😅 🚶‍♀️ depending on your mobility of course. FYI The same plaza has a Brewery Restaurant, Tattoo Shop, Small Huka Lounge (Next-To-Doller-General), Fish Grill Restaurant, Mexican Restaurant (Not Sure Is Still Open.), Smoke-Shop, .....This is nice ; a Pool Hall Bar, and wait for it this makes it worth it too by the way ; drummer roll 🥁 🪘 ......A Bowling 🎳 🎳 allie woohoo! 😉 Next > 3. #Wawa : Left out of hotel. A 12min to 17min walk or so maybe a little more down the street! Got to have your Wawa on lol 😆 delicious quality choices 😋 👌🏽 Next > 4. Next-Door Plaza on Right : Turn right onto the side-walk its literally there 3min walk 4min max depending on mobility. You have a family owned delicious Italian restaurant 😋 🍕🍝🇮🇹. Smoke Shop, Accessories Automotive Shop Rims, Barbershop, Papa John's, and Auto-Zone. Next > 5. Second Plaza Down : Literally 5min to 8min walk. Tijuana Flats Mexican Restaurant, Salon, Camera 📷 Shop, OMG Jupiter Donuts 🍩 😋, Trek Bicycle Shop 🚲, Dispensary, Pizza Hut 🍕, Pollo Tropical and Japanese House Lounge Restaurant. Next > 6. Second Street Light Down : About 13min walk or so. Getting out of hotel make right you'll find major food resources plus Pet store, Burger joints, Five Below, more pizza 🍕 and Asia Food, Desert place of Pies!, Office Supply store, Outlet store too! Recently stayed at Suburban. Was the best price available and close to a lot of amenities. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would like to thank Suburban Studios on behalf of the Martin County Fair for providing excellent service to our guests this year. Louis, Liz, and the staff went above and beyond to make our group feel at home. The location is perfect and the set up of the rooms was perfect for our folks who were staying at their property for 2 weeks. I appreciate everything they did for us this year and would highly recommend them to any group.
